We want your kitten’s transition from our home to yours to be as smooth and stress-free as possible. Here's everything you need to know before your new best friend arrives.
 

What to Prepare:

• A cozy, quiet space (a small room to start is ideal or a portable pet enclosure like this one in a draft free area of your home).

• High-quality kitten food (we’ll let you know exactly what they’ve been eating)

• Litter tray (we use the ezi lock-odour system)

• Scratching post & toys (our enrichment activity cards will give you great ideas)

• Carrier for safe transport

• Time and patience as your kitten adjusts

Settling in Tips:

• Give your kitten time to explore at their own pace

• Keep loud noises and visitors to a minimum for the first few days

• Offer gentle affection and allow your kitten to come to you

• Stick to the same food and litter during the settling period to avoid tummy upsets
